For society boards

Your society’s scientific work – available to physicians all year round

DoktorClub publishes society profiles based on official sources and announces your congresses in its calendar – free of charge. With selected societies we run joint educational programmes on a pilot basis, such as webinars, post-congress content and physician surveys.

This page is a translation of the Turkish original. Society, journal and congress names are given in their official form. The translation has been checked against the original but has not been reviewed by an English-speaking physician. Sourced society profile

Official website, TTB-UDEK membership, link to the board page, journal and congresses – with source and check date. Reported corrections are compared with the official source and then published.

Congress and course announcements

Your congresses, symposia and courses appear in the congress calendar and in the guides by specialty and city – with an add-to-calendar option (.ics) and congress pages in English and German.

Taking over your profile

Once your role in the society has been confirmed, we update the profile details together with you.

Open data

Society and congress data are published under CC BY 4.0; your society can also use them on its own website.

Pilot programmes (after an initial call)

Scope and fees are agreed with each society individually, in writing. The scientific content and its approval rest with the society; publication, registration, attendance tracking and reporting rest with DoktorClub.

Educational partnership

Live webinars and an archive; sessions open only to verified physicians, questions to speakers, a certificate of attendance and a periodic report.

Post-congress content

Short, society-approved summaries and follow-up training from sessions for which the speakers and rights holders have given consent.

Physician survey

A short survey on behalf of the society and an aggregate results report – to support position statements and communications.

How the collaboration works

  1. Request. Fill in the form below; you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a reference number.
  2. Authority check. We confirm your role in the society via the official website or an institutional e-mail address; an approved society receives login details for the institution panel.
  3. Scoping call. Together we define the target physician group, content, timeline and metrics.
  4. Pilot and report. The programme is delivered; at the end of the period we share an aggregate results report.

Our principles

  • Scientific decisions remain with the society; DoktorClub does not influence the content.
  • Sponsorship takes place only under a contract concluded by the society and in forms permitted by TİTCK (the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency); we do not sell medicine advertising aimed at physicians.
  • Physician lists are not shared; reports contain aggregate data only.
  • Inclusion and ranking in the directory are not paid for; where we have a partnership with a society, this is clearly marked on its profile.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a charge for the society profile or congress announcements?

No. The profile, corrections, requests to take over a profile and adding a congress or course are free. The directory is alphabetical; we do not sell places, rankings or badges in the directory.

Who is responsible for the scientific content in an educational partnership?

The society. The topic, speakers and approval of the content rest with the society’s scientific committee. DoktorClub is responsible for publication, registration, attendance tracking, certificates of attendance and reporting.

How does sponsor support work?

Sponsorship takes place under a contract concluded by the society and in forms permitted by the Turkish TİTCK promotion regulations. DoktorClub does not sell advertising aimed at physicians to pharmaceutical companies; sponsor logos are not used in invitations.

What data is reported to the society?

Aggregate figures, for example on attendance, completion and the distribution of specialties. Names, contact details and physician lists are not shared with the society or with third parties; we do not show breakdowns for small groups.

Does a certificate of attendance replace accredited CME credits?

No. A certificate of attendance is a separate document. TTB-STE or EACCME® credits are stated in the programme only if an application to the relevant body has been submitted and approved.

What happens after I submit a request?

Your request is registered and a confirmation with a reference number is sent to your e-mail address. We verify your role in the society and then schedule a scoping call. The scope and fees of the pilot programme are agreed jointly, in writing.
