How much do Turkish physicians use artificial intelligence? DoktorClub Nabız Yapay Zekâ İndeksi (Pulse AI Index) enters the field
Fieldwork has begun for the index that will regularly measure physicians' use of artificial intelligence in Türkiye. Results will be published together with the methodology once at least 400 verified physician responses have been reached.

Istanbul, 25 September 2026 – DoktorClub has begun fieldwork for the Nabız Yapay Zekâ İndeksi (Pulse AI Index), which it designed to measure how often and for what purposes physicians in Türkiye use artificial intelligence tools. The index is based on survey responses from DoktorClub's verified physician members.
There is no regular measurement with a transparent methodology of physicians' use of artificial intelligence in Türkiye. In the US, organizations such as the American Medical Association (AMA) and Doximity publish annual surveys in this field. DoktorClub aims to create a similar reference for Türkiye.
When will the results be published?
To ensure the reliability of the index, DoktorClub has set a strict publication rule: No results will be published until at least 400 verified physician responses have been reached in each component and 4 weeks of fieldwork have been completed. Responses will be weighted by professional grade (general practitioner, resident, specialist), weighted and unweighted rates will be reported together, and subgroups with fewer than 30 responses will be suppressed.

The survey is open to verified physician members who sign in with their DoktorClub account. Responses are analyzed in aggregate; individual responses are not published. The methodology of the index and the progress of the fieldwork can be followed in real time on the /nabiz/yapay-zeka-indeksi page.
Verified membership
Membership of DoktorClub is free, and every application goes through activation approval. Medical doctors and dentists join with physician membership; medical and dental students and interns join with student membership; non-physician health academics join with academic membership. Physician, student and academic memberships are reported separately. Profiles, cases and messages are private by default and are not made public without explicit consent.
